Thank you for shopping at Jewelry Avalanche. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in their original condition
- In the original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- All eligible returns/exchanges are subject to 20% restocking fee
- The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software/products
- Personal or custom-made items (unless defective)
- Items marked as "final sale"
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
Exchanges
To exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the return process and place a new order.
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
